Now more about the game, some tips and tricks:
- Build more than required onthe current level – so you will increase your income!
- time is limited, don’t wait for cash to buy materials, just sell one building in order to raise some money;
- don’t forget to upgrade your houses
- you can do multiple jobs if you have enough workers
- be careful, the first action after some of your workers are free is to demolish and not to repair 
- In letters (after you build your post office) you will receive some money every time – so, be sure to check out every letter!
- Don’t forget about banks and other buildings – it will help a lot to build a lot!
